How often should I use Highland Pantry products?
We recommend using our mints as often as you need, but no more than is necessary. Our products are made with a low-dose CBD and a touch of THC that’s best used on a consistent basis. So whether that’s once a day or once a week we always suggest you start low and go slow as every individual responds to cannabis differently.

CBD is short for Cannabidiol (can·na·bi·di·ol ), a non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis that helps improve a plethora of ailments including inflammation, stress, anxiety and insomnia.
THC, or Tetrahydrocannabinol (tet·ra·hy·dro·can·nab·i·nol) is a compound found in the cannabis plant responsible for creating a euphoric feeling. Want to learn more?
What Is Microdosing, or Microdispensing? Why Is It Good For Me?
Whether you are rediscovering this amazing plant or exploring it for the first time, at Highland Pantry we believe that slow and steady is the name of the game. That’s why our products are low dose and delicious. We believe in microdosing, or microdispensing, small amounts of cannabis on a consistent basis to best maintain your well-being. Our products come in three distinct dosage categories: MINI, MIDI and MORE with each based on experience and preference. For more information on dosage and to see what mint is right for you check out our product page. And if you’re still worried about dosage, start small. Eat one mint and wait 45 minutes. Feel free to get in touch with if you have more questions on this topic.
